A major character from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.
Kiri's name is a pun on the word "籠もりきり" - "komorikiri" ("recluse") - a play on her Hikikomori lifestyle. She is often seen covered by a blanket. Accidentally frightened out of her home by her homeroom teacher Itoshiki Nozomu and classmate Fuura Kafuka while the former was encouraging her to come to school, and has since been a permanent fixture in the school, as well as a caretaker to her teacher and his nephew Majiru.
