Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Kisaragi. Character design by Kusada Souta, voiced by Hidaka Rina.
She has long Brown Hair with a Hair Ribbon, and purple/Brown Eyes which depend on the artist. She and her sister Mutsuki (Kancolle) wear a white version of the class' uniform: a White Shirt with Green Sailor Collar, green Pleated Skirt, Black Thighhighs, and grey Rudder Footwear.
Her Rigging consists of her real-life funnel and foremast on her back, a 12 cm single Handgun mount, and 61 cm triple Torpedo Tubes on Thigh Straps.
In the third episode of the Kantai Collection anime she sinks, leading to a surge of fanart shortly after that episode. See pool #9670. This is reflective of the real-life Kisaragi being sunk in the battle of Wake Island in December 1941.
