A character from Blue Archive. The president of the Xuanlong Office and the student council president of the Shanhaijing Secondary School.
Her full name is Ryuuge Kisaki.
She has a dragon-shaped Halo, long Black Hair and Grey Eyes. Her regular hairstyle consists of Double Buns with a braided base that turn into Twintails held with Butterfly Hair Ornaments. Her outfit consists of a short black sleeveless China Dress with a Back Cutout, a Side Slit a Pelvic Curtain and a dragon print, a grey Vertical-Striped Coat with Pinstripe Pattern, black Half Gloves and black Pumps.
She's often drawn with her Arms Up, performing the "Banzai stretch," which originated from Episode 3 of the in-game event Catch in Neverland.
She is also referred to as Monshu-sama (門主様), which literally means "keeper of the gate," but is most typically used to describe the founder of a sect.
Her weapon is based on the CS/LS06 Submachine Gun.
