The second anime season of Kemono Friends series.
The season is infamous for the controversy surrounding the dismissal of the director Tatsuki (Irodori) from the first season (who is often credited for revitalizing the franchises) after Kadokawa acquired the rights for the franchise. Due to general negative reception from the fans, a fan project dubbed Kemono Friends R was created as a reimagination of season 2.
