minor antagonist from Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 4. His Stand is Super Fly, a massive transmission tower that traps its user inside. He has long, orange hair, a scarf, and worn, ragged clothing, living self-sufficiently within the tower and defending it from intruders.
