An arcade adaptation of Kantai Collection. Like in the original, you play an Admiral (Kancolle) who collects and organizes personifications of World War II Warships, called ship girls, in order to combat the terror of the seas, the Abyssal Ships.
The difference is that the girls are animated in 3D, you can collect physical cards of the girls (including special edition ones), and the player now can also control their chosen fleet's movement and actions during combat (including choosing when and what to attack with, and which enemy fleet to cross).
The game charges players with a GP system akin to that of Border Break, where money is converted into GP at a specific rate, with these points consumed for each second of play or converted in exchange for various other game elements.
