It's a Gothic Lolita costume consisting of a black Lace Choker with a Brooch, an asymmetrical frilled Green Dress with Long Sleeves, Black Gloves, optional black Capelet with a Yatagarasu print, White Thighhighs, and Black Shoes High Heels.
