NPC in Splatoon (Series). Named Jajji-kun in the Japanese version.
An anthromorphic tuxedo Cat that judges turf wars in multiplayer mode. He is extremely lazy outside of battles, often found sleeping on a trash can outside of the Battle Tower. Depending on the player's ranking, he can also give them different amounts of money. In Splatoon 2, Judd judges turf wars alongside a smaller cat, Li'L Judd (Splatoon).
His fur resembles a Bowtie and Suspenders.
