A Steel/Psychic-type Mythical Pokémon, #0385 in the National Pokédex.

A small, white Pokémon that can grant wishes. Has Facial Marks, Black Eyes, a Third Eye on its stomach, and is often drawn Floating. The strips of paper on its head are based off of Tanzaku.
