Jakurai is a genius physician working at Shinjuku Central Hospital. A former member of Kujaku Posse and The Dirty Dawg, as well as the current leader of Matenro (Hypnosis Mic).
As a medical student, he went into conflict zones overseas as a medic, during which time he was contracted as an assassin (with his MC name "ill-DOC" originally being his assassin name). With his goal being to save as many people as possible for the sake of atonement, he began working tirelessly as a doctor. He hopes to someday wake up his adopted son, Kannabi Yotsutsuji, who was put into a comatose state with a hypnosis microphone and to heal the world. Incidentally, he rarely drinks but tends to go all out and act in a belligerent and violent manner when he does. He and Amaguni Hitoya are childhood friends since middle school.
