She is an anthropomorphized character inspired by Pingtung’s high-quality rice. Representing headings, the second stage of rice growth.
Like a rice heading, she is often depicted with long, blond or light green hair, tied into a low braid with a green ribbon, a small Wheat strand in her hair, and Green Eyes. She wears a short halter green Sundress, adorn with green ribbons, and always goes Barefoot. Sometime, she is also shown wearing a yellow Straw Hat.
