She is an anthropomorphized character inspired by Pingtung’s high-quality rice. Representing white rice, the final stage of rice growth.
She is often depicted with medium-length White Hair styled in short twin tails, a small Wheat strand in her hair, and Green Eyes. She wears a frilled white Sundress with yellow ribbons and always goes Barefoot. Sometime, she is also shown wearing a white Sun Hat.
