A Berserker-class appearing in Fate/Prototype: Fragments Of Blue And Silver. He later appears as an Assassin-class servant in Fate/Grand Order.
Henry Jekyll (Fate) is the neat-looking one, while Hyde (Fate) has Red Eyes, Messy Hair, an unbuttoned vest and a Blood Stain on his shirt. They both use a knife in combat.
In Fate/Grand Order, Jekyll starts as an Assassin, and when he changes to Hyde via his Noble Phantasm, he becomes a Berserker.
