Tag used for Jaffar (Fire Emblem) from Fire Emblem, specifically when dressed in his winter attire from the Fire Emblem Heroes 2019 Glorious Gifts banner’s associated Tempest Trials event.
Can typically be identified thanks to the attire's characteristics: a red Fur Trim Coat with a red Cape, a green Ribbon around his neck with a Bell in its center, gray Pants, and a brown hood with Antlers and Reindeer ears.
Note that it's possible (especially for older artwork), to depict Jaffar in a winter outfit without it being the one described above, in which case this tag should not be used.
