A reversed V gesture, with palm facing inwards towards the body.
The British and Australians use this gesture as their equivalent to the Middle Finger gesture used by Americans. If the character holds the gesture over their mouth and puts their tongue through it, it may be a Cunnilingus Gesture as well.
