Wanko, later Inuel (イヌエル), is a dog girl that follows Ilias in Monster Girl Quest: Paradox on Alice's route, along side a slime girl called Puruko.
Sprite-wise both of them look the same as any other slime/dog girl in the game, including the reclutable Lime and Pochi, but one can tell them apart most of the time simply if they are depicted alongside Ilias or through the artist commentary. Wanko alongside her slimy teammate will get an upgrade later in the game turning them into angels.
