Inoue Genzaburou (Ishin)

A prominent member of the Shinsengumi during the Bakumatsu period of Japan. The version of him in Ryuu Ga Gotoku Ishin! (Spoileractually a man named Serizawa Kamo who took the identity of the original/Spoiler) shares the likeness of Kashiwagi Osamu.
