An NPC from Goddess Of Victory: Nikke. She is the CEO of Elysion, one of the Big Three. She is the daughter of Elysion Franca and the older half-sister of Elysion Harper.
Being the CEO of Elysion, Ingrid embodies the company's core principles and beliefs surrounding Nikkes and Rapture (Nikke)s. As such, she has the demeanor of a drill sergeant; tough, brash, and strict, and is constantly barking out orders. She is also willing to fight against her fellow CEOs, notably Syuen (Nikke). Despite her personality, Ingrid treats her Nikkes well and provides them assistance when needed. Ingrid also used to own a Dog named "Poli" who was kidnapped for gene-splicing experiments and later strapped with a bomb to kill Ingrid. A police officer sacrificed her life to save Ingrid and in exchange, Ingrid turned her into a Nikke named Poli (Nikke).
Ingrid has long brown Parted Hair, Blue Eyes and Large Breasts. She wears a white Two-Sided Jacket that is partially open, a large, white Two-Sided Coat on her shoulders, a collared grey Ribbed Shirt with Long Sleeves, a Red Necktie, white Elbow Gloves, a white Ammunition Belt, White Pants and a pair of white Knee Boots. She also has a gold Tie Clip, a white Chest Harness with Pouches and multiple hidden Pockets inside her coat.
