In the histories of The Elder Scrolls Indoril Nerevar was the Chimer King of Resdayn (modern-day Morrowind) in Tamriels first era.
Like other Chimer he has Gold Skin and Pointy Ears. And referencing the "Golden Mask of Devotion" from the third Elder Scrolls game which is believed to depict his face, other features can be speculated upon.
