When a picture strongly suggests someone has committed or may commit intentional Self-Harm without depicting the act itself, the wounds caused, or Blood at all.
A common way is to include a Boxcutter in the scene somewhere, especially in locations where a boxcutter wouldn't normally be, such as a Bathroom. Another is for a character to have unexplained Bandaged Wrists.
