Imomochi

Also known as: いももち, 芋餅, 이모모찌

Imomochi (potato rice cake) is a local dish from Hokkaido, Wakayama, Kochi and Gifu prefectures in Japan. The type of potatoes used and the way they are made differ depending on the region.
