A form of Genderswap where the character looks identical to their original appearance outside of changes to their sex characteristics, keeping their original figure and face.
A significant change in bust counts as a change to the figure.
Generally shouldn't be used on characters of ambiguous gender (Genderswap (Otf) or Genderswap (Otm)), as an identical genderswap for those is usually just the artist deciding on a particular interpretation rather than an intentional genderswap.
