Antagonist in the second half of part 2 of Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji. The manager of an illegal casino run by the Teiai Corporation, alongside his bodyguard and friend Murakami Tamotsu. Despite only appearing for half of a season, he has remained a popular character and got his own spinoff in Joukyou Seikatsuroku Ichijou in 2021.
The manga originally had him with long Black Hair, a collared Grey Shirt, a long-sleeved black Blazer, Black Pants, and a Red Necktie as his Suit but in the anime his appearance was changed to reddish Brown Hair, a Red Shirt, and a White Necktie.
