Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese submarine I-400, nicknamed "Shion". Character design by Shibafu.
She has long Black Hair along with Grey Eyes. Her default outfit is shared with her sister I-401: a blue School Swimsuit with her name tag and worn under a white Sailor Shirt with Orange Sailor Collar and a short Orange Necktie.
Her Rigging consists of Torpedo Tubes to her back, her real-life hangar and Aircraft Catapult slung to her right, and Headgear patterned off her real-life stabilizers.
