The 4th costume of Hololive's Hoshimachi Suisei.
It's a School Uniform-themed outift and comes in 2 versions:
- A White Serafuku consisting of a grey aran cardigan, a Blue Choker, a White Shirt with a White Sailor Collar with a White Dress underneath, a Blue Bowtie and a Blue Belt.
- A Black Serafuku consisting of a white Hooded Jacket with cat ears, a Black Choker, a Black Shirt with a Black Sailor Collar with a Black Dress underneath, a Yellow Bowtie and a Grey Belt.
In both versions the shirt has frilled Puffy Short Sleeves, a Star Brooch holding the bowtie, the dress is a pleated and knee-length, and both have White Socks and black Loafers, she also wears Pearl Earrings on both versions.
Her official hairstyle with this outfit is Long Hair in a Half Updo with a single Side Up Bun.
