Also known as: 蛭子影胤

Antagonist of Black Bullet. Resembles the Joker. Father of Hiruko Kohina. Despite his cruel methods and moral ambiguity to the extreme, he is one of the less evil characters in the series, and actually helps Satomi Rentarou once.
