A student from and conductor of the Highlander Railway Academy in Blue Archive. Her full name is Tachibana Hikari.
Both sisters have long Green Hair with Pointy Ears and Demon Tail. Both sister wears the Highlander Railway Academy conductor uniform comprised of tall blue Kepi, long-sleeved Blue Shirt, Blue Armband, White Gloves, a small Shoulder Bag behind, White Pantyhose, and Blue Shoes. Despite looking identical at first glance, she can be differentiated from her twin sister Nozomi (Blue Archive) by her letting her long Wavy Hair down, wearing a Pleated Skirt instead of a shorts, her shoulder bag wrapped around her left shoulder, and her armband is located on her right arm. Also, her demon tail is heart-shaped as opposed to Nozomi's arrow-shaped tail.
Her and her sister's names are based on the real-life Hikari and Nozomi Shinkansen operated by the Japan Railways group.
She and her sister are often referred to by the fandom as "shupogaki", a portmanteau of the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound a train makes (choo choo) and gaki (brat).
Based on in-game information, Hikari also wields the same Manurhin MR-73 Gendarmerie Revolver like her twin sister, thought the model was not seen in-game.
She is often seen doing the Rabbit Pose.
