The real identity of Pegasus who hides in Chibi Usa's Golden Mirror of Dreams. Helios is a priest of Elysion, where the Golden Kingdom was on Earth when Prince Endymion resided. He had to transform into Pegasus to hide from the Dead Moon Circus. It is heavily implied that Helios will be Chibi Usa's prince and marry her in the far future.
