In Greek Mythology, Hecate is the goddess of witchcraft and magic.
One of the original Titan goddess, while being one of the more powerful gods, Hecate choose to not interfere with the chaotic matters of the Olympian gods. After she aid Demeter in finding her daughter Persephone (Mythology), she later became Persephone and Hades (Mythology)'s companion in the underworld.
