A plot-relevant collectible item from Kirby'S Dream Land 3.
Completing some optional task in each stage will earn the gratitude of a friendly NPC at the end of that stage. The NPC then rewards Kirby with a Heart Star.
Collecting all of the Heart Stars will open up the true final boss at the end of the game.
