The player's typical mission control in Armored Core Vi: Fires Of Rubicon, Handler Walter has earned notoriety for using and disposing of augmented humans in high-risk missions throughout settled space.

But in reality, Walter acts as a caring father-like figure to his subjects, respecting C4-621's choice and their life.

As an Armored Core character, canonically his appearance is never depicted in full, but the Story Trailer suggests he uses a walking cane.
