A member of Hakuou Academy's Student Council, Class Vice-Representative to Ayasaki Hayate's class, and part of a trio of proud school underachievers together with Asakaze Risa and Segawa Izumi, who hang around with Katsura Yukiji. As the daughter of a government official and granddaughter of a former Prime Minister, Miki is rather inquisitive, and enjoys causing trouble to Student Council President Katsura Hinagiku, all the while harboring a crush on her.
