The 4th costume of hololive EN's Hakos Baelz, officially known as the "Steel Rose" costume (after Bae's self-adopted Chuunibyou tag, A steel rose trapped in a cage of ice).
It's a military inspired costume, featuring a white Peaked Cap, a white Frilled Shirt with Center Frills and puffy Short Over Long Sleeves, a Black Bowtie on top of a Grey Ascot, black Half Gloves, black high-waist puffy Suspender Shorts, black belt with a Wallet Chain. For legwear, she wears a single torn white thighhigh, a Thigh Strap, along with a pair of asymmetrical black fold-over Platform Boots (one knee-high and one thigh-high). She also has an optional fur-trimmed black Overcoat with Wide Sleeves and Aiguillettes and a rose eyepatch and a Mouth Mask as optional accesories, as well as a pair of round Glasses. Additionally she also has several heart and cross facial marks, and red lipsticks - both of which can be toggled on and off.
She has 2 different official hairstyles in this costume:
- Short Flipped Hair with long Sidelocks
- Very Long Hair tied into Low Twintails
