Hades: Izanami, often known as just Izanami and formerly as the Imperator (Mikado), is the head of the Novus Orbis Librarium in BlazBlue. She is a goddess of death and the Origin's drive who is using Saya (Blazblue), Ragna, and Jin's sister as a vessel.
She first appeared at the climax of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift and became playable in BlazBlue: Central Fiction as the final boss of Arcade's Act II.
