Gun Fiend (Chainsaw Man)

The humanoid form the Gun Devil (Chainsaw Man) takes after possessing the body of Hayakawa Aki.

He has a huge pistol barrel jutting out of his forehead and his left arm is an Assault Rifle in place of Aki's missing arm.
