Tottema's Original Touhou character. Before the release of Touhou Hisoutensoku, she was modeled after 學天則 (Gakutensoku ) as the last boss.
She has a laurel Crown on her head, "the signal Arrow (Symbol)-shaped pen" in her right hand, "the lamp of inspiration" in her left hand, and a gear-shaped belt. Her ability is "transcribing flashes of inspiration." She is an automaton while Gakutensoku was Japan's first Robot.
