Luke has Black Eyes and short Brown Hair. He usually wears a blue Newsboy Cap, a blue jacket with Long Sleeves, a collared White Shirt with a Blue Necktie, a Green Vest, Brown Pants, Blue Socks and black Shoes.
In reality, he is Clive Dove (or Klaus Albatross in Japanese), a young man set on destroying London because of a disastrous time travel experiment that killed his parents.
