A Chinese Black Hat with two wing-like flaps; also called toujin, putou.
The Korean samo is similar in design - though a white version is worn during mourning. Also, men who'd never been married would wear the hat with two wings (Yang-gak), and if they ever remarried, one of the wings were removed.
