Fuse Kazuki

The main protagonist of the 1999 anime film Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade. He's a member of the Capital Police Special Unit "Kerberos" who, during the course of the film hesitates to shoot a teenage girl holding a bomb, and thus is court martialed over his actions.
