A character in Denki-Gai No Hon'Ya-San. A short girl with Orange Hair; has a restrained version of Sharp Teeth. While her nickname at first seems to be a reference to Fujoshi, the 腐 (fu, "rotten") part actually refers to her obsession with zombies.
Judging by the information on that school swimsuit she wears during Denki-gai Festival, of which she claims to be one of her actual clothing instead of some kind of cosplay, her last name is apparently "谷津(Yatsu)".
