Fried Egg

Also known as: 目玉焼き, サニーサイドアップ, 煎蛋, 荷包蛋

An Egg that has been fried with the yolk left intact. If the yolk is uncooked then the egg is sunny side up. A traditional Breakfast Food in western countries.

Can be eaten alone, on toast, or even in a Burger.
