One Piece mecha. Built by Franky (One Piece), whom it resembles. It's a combining mecha that assembles out of the Kurosai ("Black Rhino") FR-U IV motorcycle and the Brachio Tank V, both of which are part of the Thousand Sunny's soldier dock system.
