Fletcher's outfit for the 10th Anniversary of Kantai Collection. Features a strapless white dress with a sizable cut out on her left side, and white heels. Unlike many of Fletcher's other outfits, this outfit only comes in a single mode, without different versions for Base, Kai, and Mk.II.
