One of the Amazon Trio (Sailor Moon) seen in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon SuperS. He has long Blue Hair and wears a Blue Bodysuit and is so Androgynous that he is often mistaken for a girl... plus he has a thing for handsome men, so that doesn't help his case.
