She is a small-chested Fish Girl (canonically a Tropical Mermaid of Divine Water Dragon descent, despite having little to none of the associated body features) that has Purple Eyes and long Green Hair with purple Hair Flowers, a Crown on top and a set of Head Fins in place of ears.
