Felius Arwin

The adopted brother of Clarissa Arwin in Wild Arms XF. He comes off as quiet, blunt and mysterious, but is a powerful fighter who will protect Clarissa and their friends. Felius feels responsible for Melissa Arwin's murder because he gave her the sword Iskender Bey, which her killer Rupert Dandridge desired.
