Rider-class Servant first seen during the Atlantis (Fate/Grand Order) Lostbelt of Fate/Grand Order. Europa is one of Zeus (Fate)' consorts, and the mother of King Minos (whose wife mated with the Cretan bull and gave birth to Asterios (Fate)). Zeus was so enamored by Europa that he transformed himself into a tame white Bull and managed to abduct her to Crete, where she became queen. The robotic bull she rides into battle is not Zeus himself, but rather a look-alike based on his appearance as a bull.
In the Olympus (Fate/Grand Order) Lostbelt, remnants of Zeus' wife Hera (Mythology) becomes fused with Europa in order to prevent her death. Since Zeus wasn't as considerate as his proper human history counterpart, Europa chooses to defect from him and assist Novum Chaldea in defeating him.
