Enemies found in the Hollow (Zenless Zone Zero)s of Zenless Zone Zero. They are the result of organic or artificial beings (people, animals, machines, etc.) becoming corrupted from prolonged exposure inside a Hollow.
While they vary greatly in appearance, they most often have black bodies accented with glowing neon-green segments, and a mix of organic and crystalline parts. All Ethereals have a single black sphere which serves as their core; humanoid Ethereals usually have this sphere in place of a head.
More powerful Ethereals have white crystals on their body and their green color is replaced with pink.
