The EMP (Erma Maschinenpistole) was a series of Submachine Guns manufactured by German company Erma Werke
Early models such as the Erma EMP 34/35 and Vollmer VMP visually featured a traditional rifle-styled wooden stock, tubular Barrel Shroud and left-mounted magazine housing located next to the Vertical Foregrip. While the EMP36 was the predecessor of the famous MP40.
