Second boss of map E-4 in the Fall 2017 Event in Kantai Collection.
Most likely an abyssal version of Suzutsuki (Kancolle); the "buried" part of her name, plus the Chains and Anchors keeping her immobilized probably refer to Suzutsuki's eventual fate as a breakwater.
